Static ricotta drainage trolleys

Drainage trolleys for use in the production of ricotta, devised for the purpose of unloading, draining and drying the ricotta arriving from the flocculator.

Made of stainless steel, they comprise a tubular supporting structure, a vat for collecting the drained whey, a basket of perforated sheet metal with a movable flap, a level detector, a hopper with a screw feeder, complete with a bridge-breaker, that feeds the mohno pump serving the drainer, an electric control panel and a whey extractor pump.
