Multipurpose coagulation vats

Depending on their type, these multipurpose coagulation vats enable various stages of cheese production to be completed. From curd coagulating to cutting, cooking, maturing, and unloading.

The vats and all the other components are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and designed to guarantee product quality, precision working processes, easy cleaning and maximum hygiene.

A multipurpose circular coagulation vat installed on a platform, and complete with a tilting mechanism for unloading the vat, and complete with cutting and stirring tools with a planetary action. The drainage tap can be opened manually or pneumatically. Complete with a stainless steel platform and access ladder with a non-slip walking surface. Available in open and closed versions, the latter with a CIP washing system.

A multipurpose circular coagulation vat that can be raised on oil-hydraulic pistons. Fitted with a tilting mechanism for unloading the vat, and complete with cutting and stirring tools with a planetary action. The drainage tap can be opened manually or pneumatically. Available in open and closed versions, the latter with a CIP washing system. The vat is complete with an oil-hydraulic control unit for raising it during the unloading stage.

A multipurpose closed coagulation vat of the double “00” type, complete with cutting and stirring tools, with a sloping bottom for unloading the curd, and complete with a manually or pneumatically opened tap. The multipurpose vat has two washing heads and ready for use with a CIP washing system. Complete with a stainless steel platform and access ladder with a non-slip walking surface.

This type of tank is used mainly for coagulating milk in the production of fresh, soft cheeses and cheese spreads.
It consists of a cradle coagulation vat that may be open or closed, and it is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel.
The tank is fully insulated with rock wool to contain heat loss during the processing stage. The multipurpose cradle coagulation vat is fitted with the following equipment: a specially designed stirrer; a harp for crosswise curd cutting; and a harp for lengthwise curd cutting. The whole process is controlled by an electric control panel made of stainless steel and complete with a PLC.
