Healey’s Cornish Cider Farm: a video of our system

Cornish Cider Farm is an English company with a sparkling young image that makes cider, fruit juice, and alcoholic drinks. Their motto is "we mix apples with imagination to make delicious drinks" and after sampling their product range we couldn't help but notice how efficiently the ingredients actually do blend together. Last year at their main productive unit at the tip of Cornwall, Della Toffola Group installed a complete plant for the production, bottling and labeling of cider, beer, and fruit juices capable of turning out up to 5250 bottles/h in containers of from 250 ml to 5 liter volume.
The complete project was coordinated by AVE Technologies and AVE UK, and the plant features machines from all six Group consociates. In addition to pallet loaders and unloaders, the installation has tanks and pressure tanks by Gimar and Sirio Aliberti, a Clean in Place (CIP) system, a Priamo carbonator and pasteurizer, an OMB capping machine and linear labeling, a Z-Italia rotary labeling machine, and an AVE Technologies isobaric filling block.
