Decolorization unit
The sugar decolorization process is a necessary step in producing clear, clean, mineral-free sugar syrup. Traditional active carbon (NF filter) with spent cake recovery (Vacuum Drum Filter) or ionic exchange processes are adopted. The Della Toffola system uses an anionic/cationic resin system together with filter banks to obtain specific products. Our system can be personalized to the needs of individual clients, and the clarification process can be structured in numerous steps.
