CFK-I crossflow filters with ceramic membranes
Based on the same technology as the CFK-N crossflow filters, the CFK-I are the larger, "industrial-scale" version that offers the opportunity to install several filters in series in order to meet the need to filter even very high flow rates.
Della Toffola’s crossflow filters are suitable for clarified and unclarified wines, and for products in the foodstuffs, chemical, pharmaceutical and industrial sectors. The combination of an excellent structural quality and plentiful integrated technology with the characteristics of the ceramic membranes enables an efficient filtering process with excellent results (even to 0.00 NTU) a tangible saving of time and resources.
The membranes are available with different porosity levels for various uses and guarantee an incomparable wear-resistance and durability by comparison with the traditional organic membranes. They can also withstand high temperatures, sterilizing, and even cleaning with aggressive chemicals.
The working processes (filtering cycles, and frequency of the backflow and washing cycles) are fully automated and there is no need for the operator to be on hand. Instead, operators can manage the machine intuitively and promptly by setting just two parameters by means of the touchscreen interface. In addition, the user has the opportunity to set up and control the system online with any device connected to the Internet (by means of the optional remote control module).
The filters are available in various sizes (with filtering surface areas (from 85 to 680 m2) and they can be customized to suit the needs of a particular client.
The CFK-I filters can also be extended with additional filtering modules to as many as 9 filters in series.
